Lines on the printed page?
This is usually caused by dirt on the slit glass.
- Open the document feeder (lift the lid).
- Locate the small strip of glass to the left of the main large glass.
- Clean this strip thoroughly with a cloth. Even a small speck can cause a line down the whole page.
“Load Paper” error when paper is full?
Check the paper guides in the tray. If they are too tight or too loose, the machine might misread the paper size. Ensure the guides are flush against the paper stack.
How do I find my IP address?
Go to Menu > Utility > Device Information. The IPv4 address will be listed there (e.g., 192.168.1.50). You will need this for driver installation.
