Buy, Lease or Rent – What’s Right for You?

There’s no single right answer. Here’s a quick guide.

Buy outright – you own the machine from day one. Best if you have the capital and want to avoid ongoing monthly costs.

Lease – fixed monthly payments over an agreed term, usually two to five years. Includes servicing and maintenance. The most popular option for businesses that want to spread the cost and keep things predictable.

Rent short-term = useful for temporary office setups, events, or covering a machine while yours is being serviced.

All our leases include maintenance, servicing, and consumables as standard. No nasty surprises.

Not Sure Which Model to Choose?

That’s what we’re here for. Tell us roughly how many people will be using it, what you mainly print, and what your monthly volume looks like — and we’ll narrow it down to two or three options that make sense.

No pressure. No upselling. Just a straight conversation.
