Our Story
Evolve Document Solutions was founded in 2010 with a simple mission: to disrupt the photocopier industry with transparency and trust.
We saw too many businesses trapped in confusing contracts with hidden fees and poor service. We knew there was a better way. Starting from our headquarters in Bamber Bridge, Preston, we have grown into a nationwide provider, supporting businesses, schools, and charities across the UK.
Today, we are proud to be a premier Konica Minolta supplier, but we are even prouder of our 97% first-time fix rate and the long-term relationships we’ve built with our clients.
