Evolve Document Solutions has been recognised for the Epson Deal of the Year 2026 following the delivery of more than 400 Epson devices to Busy Bees Nurseries across the UK.
The Bamber Bridge-based managed print provider received the award for its work on the Busy Bees contract, which involved the nationwide installation of Epson print devices across the early years provider’s UK nursery network.
The project was completed over a 16-week period and included the installation of more than 400 Epson devices, removal of existing equipment and employee training. Evolve also provides ongoing servicing, maintenance, consumables and on-site technical support as part of the managed print agreement.

Evolve was appointed as an authorised Epson distributor before the rollout, enabling the company to supply and support Epson Heat-Free PrecisionCore inkjet devices. Its Epson offering includes WorkForce Enterprise and WorkForce Pro devices across A3, A4 and desktop formats.
Busy Bees was founded in 1983 and operates hundreds of nurseries across the UK and Ireland, caring for more than 40,000 children and employing more than 10,000 people. Globally, Busy Bees Group cares for more than 75,000 children across more than 1,000 centres in 10 countries.
