Evolve Document Solutions Removes Tech Barriers for Andy’s Man Club with Major Equipment Donation

Lancashire-based Evolve Document Solutions has kitted out Andy’s Man Club head office with essential office technology, ensuring the charity can focus its funds on life-saving mental health support rather than administrative overheads.

Andy’s Man Club launched in 2016 and now operates over 150 free, peer-to-peer support groups. As the charity expands, the administrative burden of coordinating thousands of attendees and volunteers grows with it.

Oliver Viske, Andy’s Man Club Head of IT and Data, said: “It’s massive for us to have this kind of backing. Things like photocopiers might sound small, but they keep everything running behind the scenes. This support means we can keep our focus exactly where it needs to be: on the lads walking through our doors.”

Evolve Document Solutions, a specialist in managed print and leasing company, launched Copiers for Causes to use its core business expertise to solve a practical problem for the non-profit sector.

Copiers for Causes is a social responsibility initiative by Evolve Document Solutions that provides refurbished, high-quality photocopiers to charities and community groups across the UK for free. By donating these machines, the campaign helps non-profits eliminate hardware costs and redirect their limited funding toward their primary missions, while also promoting sustainability by extending the lifecycle of office technology.

Daniel Maddox, Managing Director of Evolve Document Solutions, added: “This year marks our ten-year anniversary for Copiers for Causes. We wanted to do something simple that actually helps day-to-day. And that’s what Copiers for Causes is all about.

“If we can provide equipment that takes the pressure off and helps these groups run smoothly, then that’s exactly what we should be doing. Mental health is a huge priority, and we’re proud to play our part in keeping these doors open.”
